We’re currently recruiting two full-time stable staff to join our Festival and Grade 1-winning team based in the heart of the Cotswolds.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and capable individuals with experience in a professional equestrian environment. Applicants must be competent riders, confident handling and riding fit Thoroughbreds, including riding work.
The role includes all usual yard duties and the chance to travel horses to the races as part of a top-level National Hunt team.

Barn Manager
Brilliant opportunity to join our passionate, fun team as a senior member of staff.
Ben Pauling Racing are looking for full time Barn Manager to join the team in July.
We are looking for someone to take on the responsibility of managing and running their own barn of 20 horses within this Festival and Grade 1 winning team now based at our brand new purpose built yard in the heart of the Cotswolds.
You will oversee the 20 horses in your barn, provide basic veterinary care, report daily to the Head Lass, manage a small team of staff within your barn and carry out general racing duties including riding fit racehorses.
This is a great opportunity to earn a first class salary with added bonuses and pool money throughout the season. There is accommodation available onsite.
All applications will be treated with the strictest of confidence.
5.5 day weeks, 6am - 5pm with 12.30pm-3pm off daily.

STABLE/ YARD PERSON
This is a non-riding role and duties include usual racing yard duties such as mucking out, walking horses to & from fields and the walker and assisting Head Lass where needed.
If desired there is the opportunity to take horses racing.
Hours Monday - Saturday(mornings only) 6.30am-12.30pm, 3.30-5.30pm. Every third weekend working with every second Wednesday off.
