Based near Naunton in the Cotswolds, Ben Pauling Racing is seeking a motivated and experienced Head Person to join our King George-winning team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a young, enthusiastic group of staff and horses in a progressive, high-performing yard.
We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a great eye for detail, and a passion for National Hunt racing. Competitive package offered.

Racing Groom / Rider
We’re currently recruiting two full-time stable staff to join our Festival and Grade 1-winning team based in the heart of the Cotswolds.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and capable individuals with experience in a professional equestrian environment. Applicants must be competent riders, confident handling and riding fit Thoroughbreds, including riding work.
The role includes all usual yard duties and the chance to travel horses to the races as part of a top-level National Hunt team.
