Ben Pauling Racing require a motivated and diligent Maintenance Person to join our busy team overseeing the upkeep of our National Hunt Racing Yard.
The successful applicant will be proficient in using and have the qualifications for:
A can-do attitude essential.
Attractive salary for successful applicants. References will be required.

- Tractor work (upkeep of gallops, topping and harrowing paddocks) unloading of feed/shavings pallets. Moving feed shavings/haylage around yard etc
- Quad bike (spraying etc.)
- Mowing & strimming
- General Yard duties inc. power washing and steam cleaning stables
- General maintenance of machinery incl. keeping regular & thorough maintenance logs.
A can-do attitude essential.

Stable Staff - Rider
Ben Pauling Racing is looking for a full time team member.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, fun individual to join our Festival and Grade 1 winning team in the heart of the Cotswolds.
Applicants must have experience in a working equestrian environment and be experienced, capable riders with the ability and knowledge to ride work on fit Thoroughbreds. Full time role which includes all usual yard duties and accompanying horses to the races.
The opportunity to earn a first class salary with added bonuses and pool money throughout the season. Options to further career by taking NVQ 3 and Diploma exams if desired.
